What's Inspected

Depending on the size and age of the home, a typical inspection will usually take between 3 and 4 hours.  Inspectors licensed in Texas are required to follow the TREC Standards of Practice.  I personally feel that a quality inspector will go beyond the guidelines to make sure the systems in the home are evaluated properly.
